I have connected a solar panel P max 150 W, 44 Vmp, Imp 3.41A, Isc 3.69 A, Voc 52 V. Works well when power is above approx. 40 W. At < 40 W, the charge controller switches off. Question: 40 W should be sufficient for the charging process. What is the reason why it switches off at < 40 W?

Helpful answer

I am not technically qualified to answer your question. You should address this directly to EcoFlow. I use a 400W solar panel. Below about 100W charge level the charging becomes negligent. I doubt if 40W is enough to charge this specific power station. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately I have the same problem, I feed the Delta Pro with 2x 210 Wp serial - Even if I measure 75V and 0.8A (short circuit current) it is not enough to get to the 40 Watt. This is very disappointing. There is a Facebook group where there are people who seem to charge at a much lower power level. I have the feeling that there are different firmware versions. I hope the problem will be solved soon.

According to manual, the EcoFlow DELTA Pro support Solar Charging between 11- 150 DC input charging power.
The voltage under load of your 150 W Solarpanel when supplying only 40W charging power could be dropping below 11 volts.
