I have installed the HomeBase and the Doorbell Dual (cable). Unfortunately, the existing bell (melody) does not ring. I have integrated it as a melody bell. It works without the doorbell. When the doorbell button is pressed, everything rings but the existing bell. The transformer for the doorbell has 8 volts. Could someone give me a hint as to what the problem might be?
