I have purchased an Aquabloom L for my balcony. If I want to water normally, I have to programme at least 2x5' a day. Unfortunately, the pump noise is quite loud and intrusive, so I almost don't dare switch the device on for so long. Is this normal?

A clearly audible pump noise with the AquaBloom is normal, but if it is disturbingly loud or intrusive, this is usually due to resonance, wall reflection or the installation and not the device itself. With a soft base, distance from the wall and decoupled hoses, the noise can be significantly reduced in most cases.
