Is the ANKER Solix Smart Meter really included in the scope of delivery as described in the specifications or does it have to be ordered separately?

When I placed my order, I ordered with Smart Meter. That is plus 97.00 Fr. There are suppliers who include it but the price is also higher. But with the Anker Soliix only the Anker Smart Meter works.
