It is also confusing for me whether it is the V2 or not. The temperature of 450° is a feature of the V2, but for me an important purchase argument would be whether the door seal is already made of metal or whether the silicone seal is still fitted, as can be seen in the pictures. Galaxus could perhaps clarify this with more up-to-date pictures?
I ordered it last week and had it working on Sunday 11 May, Mother's Day. I do have a new woven metal door gasket, which replaces the old rubber one. When I put it in Neapolitan pizza mode, it reads 450°C. I forgot to measure the temperature with an infrared thermometer to check. But the pizzas were succulent and cooked in 2:00 min.
On the other hand, for good results, it's important to prepare the pizza dough 24 hours in advance (or even more), with the right flour and a higher moisture content than what you find in supermarkets.
