Order the 'housing' and the 'coil' from Sauer. In my case, the lower ball bearing of the spool jammed due to fine grass and the blockage caused a hole to be made in the black housing so that it fell approx. 1 cm downwards and the gearwheel on it was separated from the gearwheel on the motor. The black two-part housing can be easily opened, all screws are the same.
