Same question here as from others. On EcoFlow Europe website, I find no contact information. Has anybody found a contact in the EcoFlow company that could answer whether the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel is approved for use in Switzerland ? (Of course Digitec should do this, but if they won't, then maybe we can help each other)

In the meantime I got a few answers from suppliers that it is approved (if one can find an electrician without a full calendar to install it). However apparently it only supports a single phase - so for most households this means only a subset of the circuits/loads will be supported.

According to our enquiry with the supplier, the product comes from China and is absolutely permissible in Switzerland as well as Germany or Austria. This would have to be installed by a trained electrician.
