With the Smart System, the Water Computer is only possible for a single line. This means that you also need two Smart Watering Computers for two different lines. The multi-channel control will perhaps come in the next few years.

I would recommend the Gardena water distributor. It switches up to 6 connections after each watering. I was able to define 6 areas in my garden with somewhat weak water pressure. The only requirement is that you can program 6 different times per day. Or in your case 2
