Unfortunately I don't know that much about it... But are the crossbars included with this carrier? Or is it just the bracket? And if not, which bars fit this carrier?

This carrier comes with the bracket for mounting on the railing and the crossbars. This makes it easy to attach a roof box, ski rack or similar.
