What is needed to install this radio in a Mercedes B200 CDI 2005 apart from a new bezel? Are the connectors compatible or do I need adapters to connect the radio to the steering wheel etc.?

Yes, you need a Quadlock to DIN cable adapter, for steering wheel operation you also need a Can-Bus adapter.
