You can mount the Knog openbur underneath and together with the bidon holder. Does it also work with a folding lock? The lock is attached in the holes for the bidon holder. And the second question: How quickly does the alarm go off? Is a small movement enough or does the bike have to be effectively carried/ridden away?

I think the lock should work. The screws supplied may be too short, but you can certainly use longer screws.
The alarm triggers very quickly. So even if you just move the bike.
