A tactical version of Russian Roulette – but with kittens instead of bullets. Players take turns drawing cards until someone draws an exploding kitten. That player immediately explodes, dies, and is out of the game – unless they have a defuse card. With it, they can calm the kitten and prevent it from exploding, for example, by using a laser pointer, catnip, or by giving it belly rubs. All other cards serve only one purpose: to prevent you from drawing an exploding kitten.
