71 years ago, the world came to an end. Pandemic Legacy Season 2 is an epic, cooperative game. You are not playing against each other; instead, the game is playing against you. Your actions will affect future games: you will alter the game board and components, receive additional materials, and experience an ongoing story. No two worlds will ever be the same. For three generations, the last scattered survivors of humanity have lived on floating islands known as havens. Far from the plague, the mainland can be supplied with resources to help the people who remain there and to prevent them from completely succumbing. It is called a coalition of the greatest known cities. However, this has become increasingly difficult in recent years. Several more distant cities have fallen off the grid. Tomorrow, a small group will set out to find out the state of the rest of the world. No one knows what to expect. Pandemic Legacy Season 2 is a standalone game; you do not need Pandemic Legacy Season 1, Pandemic, or any of the expansions to play. The contents of the games with the yellow and black boxes are identical.
