Feed it, turn the light on and off, play with it, give it medicine, clean it after its bathroom breaks, and check its health. You also need to discipline your Tamagotchi if it misbehaves, even if it is happy and full, and you have cleaned up after it; otherwise, it will turn into an unsympathetic and naughty alien when it grows up.
