PE foam sheets with grid punching are used everywhere for insulation, isolation, securing, and packaging. These foams are utilized as pads, underlays, bonded elements, or partitions. The foam is robust and durable. Therefore, polyethylene foam is often used for the permanent lining of Euro containers, aluminum boxes, and transport crates. We offer various heights and dimensions, so you can find the foam that best fits your project. The perforated, pre-punched grid of 20 mm x 20 mm x 5 mm allows for individual customization of the foam insert to meet your specific needs. PE foam with a grid is easy to work with. No tools are needed to separate the grid pins. A sharp knife, such as a cutter, makes processing easier.

This foam is equipped with a self-adhesive side, allowing it to bond to many clean and dry materials. The high adhesive strength permits vertical bonding on most of these materials. Please inquire before placing an order if we have data or experience regarding your material to be adhered.

This rigid foam board is made from high-quality polyethylene (PE). As standard, we offer our foam inserts made from soft foam - polyurethane (PU) - which is a common material for miniature modeling and tabletop games. In direct comparison to polyurethane (PU), PE is generally harder and more robust. For applications with special and/or industrial requirements, we offer PE rigid foam. Another positive feature of polyethylene (PE) is its low water absorption of approximately 1 volume percent.

The foam die-cut piece measures 550 mm x 345 mm x 5 mm in height. This corresponds to our Feldherr Double Size format. In this format, we offer a wide range of foams for Euro containers and bags.
