Product details

This learning set is ideal for aspiring mechanical engineers, technicians, or engineers. It addresses questions such as how a cardan drive or a gear shift works, what a planetary gear is, and how to construct a stable bridge. The set answers these and other fundamental questions from the fields of mechanics and statics through 30 different models. It covers curriculum-relevant topics from the STEM areas of physics, engineering, and science, helping students acquire basic knowledge of mechanical and technical principles. Mechanics 2.0 can be used in both guided and free lessons and has already been implemented in many schools.

The innovative teaching material from fischertechnik supports educators in conveying technical understanding in a practical way, making it accessible to students, learners, or trainees. The accompanying didactic booklet includes teacher and lesson materials that provide illustrative models and tasks for quick lesson preparation. It contains problem definitions and their solutions, handouts, and templates for copying. The teaching materials can be downloaded for free from the eLearning portal.

A total of 500 fischertechnik components are neatly sorted in two sorting trays. In addition to easily understandable construction instructions for 30 models of varying difficulty, everything is included in a sturdy storage box.
