The children take on the role of a veterinarian and try to operate the swallowed items out so that Pico feels better again. The first player grabs a little toy and lets it slide into Pico's mouth. With the dog-o-scope, it is then carefully guided through his belly - hoping that it comes out of his rear end. But the alarm must not be triggered. If the alarm sounds, the toy falls out.
