Children and adults love swinging and exercising on the trapeze and rings. It’s a lot of fun, boosts your mood, and has a special fascination. The set includes a board swing measuring approximately 48 x 18 x 3 cm, a trapeze with a length of about 38.5 cm and a diameter of around 3 cm, as well as two gymnastic rings with a diameter of about 14 cm. The equipment can be used both indoors and outdoors, each with a maximum load capacity of 50 kg. The swing and trapeze are made of untreated hardwood, while the rings are made of weather-resistant metal. Using the steel rings on the PE ropes, all devices can be attached to stable hooks, bars, trees, and climbing frames. The length of the ropes is adjustable (up to 200 cm). The smooth back-and-forth motion while swinging is calming and also trains the sense of balance. During exercises and while performing tricks on the freely swinging rings and wooden trapeze, coordination is enhanced, and various muscle groups in the body are trained.
