The model is a replica of the ME 410 Hornisse. This sleek twin-engine aircraft is an evolution of the ME-210, which was intended to replace the M-110 as a heavy fighter. However, this plan was not realized due to serious issues with the aircraft's engines. All of this led to a series of modifications that culminated in the realization of the model 410. Despite all the improvements, the aircraft inherited some technical problems that made adequate distribution across various air force units impossible. Several versions of the Hornisse were produced, such as for reconnaissance, night fighting, and attack aircraft – none of which were very successful.
