For each step, a card must be placed in the color of the path. In order for the figure to take another step on this path, an additional card must be laid down, but only with the same or a higher value. The first spaces of a path yield negative points, while significant positive points are only awarded once the figure has discovered the Lost City at the end of the path. Along the way, however, there are opportunities to increase your score or advance more quickly. Luck in drawing cards and skill in playing them - only those who find the right mix will end up at the top.
