The criminals' quad is equipped with a chain and a hook. Attach the hook and chain from the quad to the bars of the cell door to help the criminals escape. Build the mobile command center and unload the police motorcycle. Catch the criminals and lock them back in the cell. Accessories include a cup, a backpack, two banknotes, two traffic cones, a wrench, a walkie-talkie, a police baton, and a pair of handcuffs.
