Pants, better known as tights, have been around since the beginning of the 15th century. Before that, people mostly wore leggings, although stockings and trousers were sometimes sewn together much earlier. Our brown medieval pants are made from pure, elastic cotton, which is beautifully soft and particularly comfortable to wear. An elastic drawstring in the waistband ensures a secure fit of the medieval pants. At the ends of the pant legs, there is a loop that replaces the wider foot required for tights and prevents the pants from riding up. An extremely comfortable piece of clothing!
