Residents of Earth, the hour has struck: Our planet is doomed! The fate of humanity is in your hands. In Welcome to the Moon, players embark on a journey to create a new home for the Earth's population on the Moon. In eight adventures, they experience the rocket launch, landing, the establishment of a settlement, as well as the challenges that come with a lunar mission. The adventures can be played independently or sequentially as a campaign. In campaign mode, a campaign booklet guides players on their journey. Campaign cards also influence the course of events, ensuring that a different story unfolds each time.

Each of the eight adventures in Welcome to the Moon comes with its own rules, adventure sheet, and new, increasingly complex challenges. The basic principle remains the same: In each round, three spaceship cards are revealed, resulting in three card combinations when combined with the backs of the previous cards. Players choose one of these number-action combinations and write the chosen number in an empty field on their adventure sheet. They also get to perform the action of the selected combination. Each adventure has its own rules for the six actions (Robot, Water, Plant, Energy, Spacesuit, and Planning). If a player meets the conditions for one of the available missions, they can complete it. Then a new round begins, or scoring follows. The player who can quickly adapt to the challenges of space and master the obstacles best will win this intergalactic adventure.
