Manage, plant, renew. As managers of Austrian natural areas, we must work together to improve the CO2 balance. The goal is to plant as many trees as possible on our own lands and to create even more forests. Additionally, fossil-fuel power plants should be converted into renewable energy sources. This is no easy task, especially when natural disasters and other unforeseen events hinder these efforts.
