You don't need to be an expert to fly the Rasant. However, the model does require some experience from the pilot; its temperament can range from harmless to wild speeding and acrobatics. In vertical climbs, the visibility limit is quickly reached due to the high speed. However, the Rasant can be smoothly brought in for landing. There is no situation from which the model cannot safely extricate itself. The relatively large wing depth allows for beautiful slow flights when throttled back, only to then climb almost vertically into the sky at full throttle. Controlled by all riders, the Rasant is fully capable of aerobatics. Those who prefer speed can forgo the rudder linkage.
