I see that this pen now runs on rechargeable batteries and no longer on batteries. Do you need a separate charging station for this? Or does it work with the cable supplied?

Hello, I have just bought the tiptoi pen. It does not charge. Neither with the cable supplied nor with another one.

I have the original cable and tiptoi manager is installed and up to date. I switched on the pen and as soon as I plugged it in it went into charge mode but it wasn't recognised. After about a minute I get a notification from Windows telling me that something has gone wrong... Any idea how to get it back up and running? I've already tried with 2 different PCs with the same result. It's very frustrating to have books but not be able to load anything onto the pen.

Hello, I have the tiptoi pen with French books, like my first Atlas etc... I bought books in German and downloaded the associated audio files. But when I press the start button on the book, the pen asks me to download the file. But it's on the pen and I'm sure I've got the right one. My question is: does my file only recognise French audio files?

My son has damaged the silicone tip. I was able to remove it, but now the plastic that protects the sensor is exposed. Ravensburger does not offer spare parts. Is there anyone who has found such replacement tips anywhere in Switzerland? It's absolute madness to have to replace a 40 francs pen because of a 30Rp spare part. Thank you for your feedback.
