Hello... unfortunately our KidiSmart GlowArt always switches off immediately after the demo presentation. We have already changed the batteries and even with an extra V-tech mains adapter it only works until after the introductory demo. Can anyone help?

When you use the KidiSmart Glow Art for the first time, it is in demo mode. Turn the unit on by pressing the house button and plug the audio cable into the audio cable socket to activate normal play mode.

Hello, No, they are never included with VTech, but have to be ordered separately. However, the device can also be operated with 4AA/LR6 batteries. Funnily enough, Galaxus sent along a fixed adapter. Otherwise a nice product. Many greetings
