The Pantheon expansion introduces ancient gods into the game "7 Wonders: Duel." Now players can seek the favor of deities from five different cultures and have them protect their city. Building a magnificent temple in honor of a chosen patron or dedicating one of the two new wonders available in the expansion will certainly be beneficial.

The ancient Greeks and Romans believed that the way to gain divine favor was to give something in return to the gods, to make a gift, or to take an oath. The Pantheon is no different – if you expect a favor from a god, you cannot remain indebted to them.

In Age I, you collect mythology tokens that allow you to choose which deity will reside in the Pantheon, and gift tokens to earn their favor. Later, in Ages II and III, you can awaken a god or goddess in the Pantheon instead of drawing a card. If you give the deity what they desire from you, you can place them next to your city.

Age III introduces another aspect of ancient religions – the ritual area. When playing Pantheon, instead of three guild cards, three Great Temple cards are shuffled into the deck – each corresponding to a different Mediterranean culture. If the deity worshipped in a particular temple is favorable to you, you can build it for free. With the support of Isis, for example, you can build an Egyptian temple, and with the support of Enki, you can build a Mesopotamian temple.

7 Wonders of the World: Duel is a two-player game with simple mechanics that offers players many interesting possibilities while providing multiple paths to victory.
