The 2.4 GHz remote control features fully proportional steering, meaning the steering input on the vehicle effectively corresponds to the actual steering movement on the remote. If the connection between the transmitter and receiver is lost due to low battery power or other issues, the fail-safe function activates, securing the vehicle in its current position.
