The diameter of the hoses can be varied by compressing or stretching. Delivered in an elongated state. Processing: Spray the core material (e.g., metal tube) with R&G release spray "thick" (slip layer) and let it dry. Slip the hose over and pull at the ends so that it fits well, possibly also clamping it under tension. Apply the resin/hardener mixture with a brush. Optionally, heat the area being worked on with a hot air blower at the same time. This makes the resin/hardener mixture extremely fluid and quickly and securely saturates the fabric. After curing, the core is clamped, and the tube is pulled off. Smaller components can be deep-frozen beforehand. This makes it easier to remove the shrunk metal core. Please note: For technical reasons, it is not possible to wind hoses at a fiber angle of 45°. Therefore, the quantity specification differs from the length at 45°.
