American illustrator and cartoonist Steve Skelton began drawing caricatures at the age of 16. After completing his studies at the University of Kansas, Steve worked for Hallmark Cards for five years. As a freelance artist, Steve specializes in quirky and humorous motifs and has worked for well-known brands. His images depict a variety of themes that can be drawn directly from everyday life or distant fantasy worlds. Occasionally, somewhat chaotic scenes are illustrated, containing a wealth of details, caricatures, and even individual stories, which together form an impressive work of art.
