Lie on your stomach in the swing and push off the ground with your hands to start the swinging fun. If the swing is hung higher, a gymnast can push off the "flyer" at the feet. The flying swing is attached individually on each side to existing gym rings or a single-point suspension, ensuring it hangs absolutely securely. Even anxious and insecure children quickly dare to try swinging. You can vary the position of the swing using the eyelets in the support ropes. The floating swing adapts to any body position, such as lying on the stomach, lying on the back, or sitting in a crouch.
