Includes the following rubber cables with textile coating (100% nylon): - 2 single ropes of 5 kg - 2 single ropes of 10 kg - 2 double ropes of 20 kg - 2 double ropes of 40 kg - each approximately 80 cm long with loops. Only load the swing ropes within the specified load limits. The ropes should be regularly checked for damage/break points. Due to the nature of the material and depending on the frequency of use, it may be necessary to replace the ropes at short intervals.
