  • Version: Defence bar for 2 figures - The Sportime Dragon tournament foosball rods are category 4 rods. Category 4 rods are suitable for official tournaments and can withstand the highest loads. We recommend these foosball poles to professional players and to foosball tables in public areas that have to withstand vandalism and heavy loads. - The Sportime Dragon foosball rods are elastic, absolutely straight and have a hardened, smooth chrome surface. These hurricane high-end foosball poles are made from steel tubes in a complex production process involving many steps. Unlike solid poles or cheaper hollow poles, these poles retain their straight shape. They can withstand loads of at least 60 kg and spring back to their original shape when bent. - Professional tournament foosball tables are always equipped with hollow rods of this type, as they do not deform as easily as solid rods. Another advantage is that hollow rods are lighter and can therefore be played faster. - The inner walls of the rods are made of 3.5 mm thick steel. The steel tubes are industrially chrome-plated several times and treated against corrosion. In the test laboratory, these rods withstand 24 hours of salt solution spraying. - The kicker bars have a diameter of 15.8 mm, generally referred to as 16 mm bars. As a rule, kicker bearings have a diameter of 16 mm, so the kicker rods are 0.2 - 0.3 mm thinner so that they can still run in the kicker table bearings with enough grip but with as little friction as possible. - The rods have 4 mm ø drill holes for attaching the foosball figures. The holes are drilled precisely, accurately and parallel through the centre of the rods. This means that the foosball figure screws can be easily inserted through the bars and the figures are positioned accurately next to each other.
