Following its relaunch, the entry-level model for children is battery-operated and designed to resemble the innovative Stihl MS 500i. It playfully replicates many features of the larger models, including a movable, interchangeable chain, an LED operation indicator, and a new guide bar design. Particularly parent-friendly: to ensure that the toy chainsaw doesn't become a nuisance, the saw sounds can be adjusted to a pleasant level using a volume control.
