Among the Panzer IV tanks used during World War II to support the advance of the German army, the G-type was the first to be equipped with a long-barreled 7.5 cm gun. The early series models were produced from March 1942 to June 1943 and were characterized by the use of rounded muzzle brakes. At that time, German armored troops were fighting on the Russian front with the short-barreled Panzer IV against the formidable enemy medium tanks T34, and the Panzer IV G-type became a valuable force that could compete with the T34 for the first time. Additionally, medium-sized military motorcycles equipped with a 2-stroke single-cylinder engine of 350 cm³ are lightweight and easy to handle, extremely reliable, and can withstand the harsh Russian climate conditions, making them useful for communication purposes such as messenger and reconnaissance tasks. They were deployed not only on the Russian front but also at various fronts in Europe and North Africa until the end of the war.
