The flywheel, the main driving element of the model, stores kinetic energy through its weight. The model vividly demonstrates how changes in weight affect the operation of a flywheel mechanism. It features a special slot where you can insert a coin or a nut (any object that fits). This increases the weight and modifies the momentum of the mechanism.
