Question about LEGO Titanic

I am disappointed! The last few days I was always told that the sale would start on 5.2. That's why I tried to place an order this morning at 1 minute past midnight. Unfortunately without success! Right at midnight, the display changed to pre-order, without the possibility of actually doing so. Now it says that the Titanic is not available and that no new delivery date is known. This is not a fair communication policy.

Galaxus can only communicate the delivery dates that Lego communicates. Galaxus is only the middleman.
Lego has completely underestimated the demand for this model, at the moment the demand is much higher than the supply, it is one of Lego's most ordered models, so Lego can hardly keep up with production.
Whoever orders a Titanic today has to expect waiting periods of several months, and that is the case with all suppliers. I ordered my model on 10 November 2021 (!), delivery according to Galaxus "expected at the end of February", i.e. after more than three months.

The models delivered by Lego to Galaxus from Saturday onwards will logically be sent first to the customers who ordered before me in October or even earlier. In order of order of receipt of order. You can now work out when you will get the model if you order it now...

If that's too long for you, there are specialist shops and Ricardo dealers who sell the model for 800, 900 Fr. If that's too expensive, just be patient. The Titanic will remain in the Lego range until at least 2024, there is enough time to order the model and what is ordered will be delivered.
My tip: Order the model as a collection with payment on collection. This way you retain the option of cancellation, have not yet paid the 680 Fr. and have no risk of damage/loss by post/courier services.
