Is it still the case that the product is sent unprotected and the address is stuck directly onto the original box? As noted in the reviews?
My delivery arrived packed in an additional cardboard box.
In principle, no. The Lego box must be packed in an outer box that protects it. If this is not the case, the Lego cannot be considered as new.
