I recently made an enquiry with LEGO. According to LEGO Support DE, the Titanic will be available again from April/May 22. The Titanic "should" remain available for the next few years, at a regular market price. For those who are interested, according to Support all parts are "Made in EU". So not China. Decisive for me.
