The lancet is intuitively positioned correctly, allowing for a patient-friendly puncture. Since the trigger button of the single-use lancets offers slight resistance, the lancing device cannot be accidentally activated. The three-sided faceted design of the blood lancets is gentle on the skin. The guided lancet movement operates at a high speed to allow for a very gentle penetration of the skin. This makes the use of the Roche Accu-Chek lancing device particularly patient-friendly.
