Depending on the thickness and firmness of the fibrin coatings, microbial colonization, wound edge maceration, or irritation, the moist phase should be appropriately adjusted. For example, the exposure time for wounds with fibrin coatings that have a foul odor and are heavily colonized by germs is 15-20 minutes. In a stable wound environment with a clean wound bed free of microbial abnormalities, the exposure time is 5-10 minutes. Now apply ActiMaris wound gel and cover it with a sterile gauze. It can be repeated multiple times a day and over an extended period.
