Application:

Before use, clean and dry the skin. Place the cupping glass on the desired area. Create the desired vacuum using the hand pump's lifting motion and let it take effect. To release the cupping glass, apply light pressure to the valve at the end of the cup to allow the vacuum to escape.

Cleaning:

Use lukewarm soapy water to clean the cupping glasses. An autoclave can be used to sterilize the cups. Please ensure that you remove the valves before sterilizing the cupping glasses.
