Protefix Adhesive Powder

Application Area:
Powder as an adhesive for dentures.

Dosage and Method of Application:
Sprinkle Protefix Adhesive Powder evenly and thinly onto the moistened denture. The denture will fit securely immediately after insertion and will adhere safely in the mouth for many hours. If it loosens prematurely, for example due to the consumption of a lot of liquid, simply sprinkle a thin layer of Protefix Adhesive Powder again. The denture will immediately sit firmly again. Any residues can be easily rinsed off the denture with the help of a toothbrush under running water. Particularly stubborn adhesive residues can be removed with a cotton ball soaked in cooking oil. To avoid excessive dispensing, do not squeeze the bottle. Hold the bottle at an angle and lightly tap it with your index finger. This allows for precise dosing. Applying too much adhesive powder can cause it to harden, increasing the risk of damage to the oral mucosa.

Composition:
Protefix Adhesive Powder contains: Sodium alginate.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Side Effects:
In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions in the oral mucosa or the entire organism have been observed. If you suspect a hypersensitivity reaction, please contact a dentist.

Notes:
The use of Protefix Adhesive Powder should only be temporary. Persistently poor adhesion of the denture without adhesive powder may indicate deviations in its fit and function. In this case, a doctor should be consulted. Apply only to healthy oral mucosa. Please clarify this with your dentist. Do not use after the expiration date. Keep out of reach of children.
