To begin with, the Blackroll Posture should only be worn for as long as you are actively able to straighten your posture again and again. This active straightening and pulling your shoulders backwards can lead to sore muscles. As soon as you are only "hanging" in the posture, it should be taken off to give the muscles a few hours break.
