The Blackroll PRO is a 50% firmer version than the standard Blackroll in black, suitable for intense applications and heavier individuals.
Otherwise, it is used in the same way to relieve tension and adhesions in connective tissue and muscle fascia, for self-massage, and as a training device for stabilizing exercises of the deeper core muscles.
The robust and abrasion-resistant roller is shape-stable and pleasant to the touch. The material is lightweight, compact, and easy to transport in a sports bag. The massage roller is hygienically washable after training. Ideal for warming up before and for active recovery after sports!
