Roll plasters should be individually adapted to the skin type and the area of application. Leukoplast skin sensitive is a radiation-indifferent, water-repellent, easily hand-tearable fixation plaster that is suitable for particularly sensitive skin due to its gently adhering silicone coating. It is the optimal solution for e.g. baby skin, skin of the elderly, parchment skin or cortisone skin as well as for patients where the fixation patch has to be applied and removed several times on the same skin region. In addition to a secure hold, an atraumatic and painless dressing change can be ensured, thus preventing skin damage. Furthermore, Leukoplast skin sensitive can be repositioned several times without losing adhesive strength or leaving adhesive residues on the skin. It consists of an acetate carrier coated with a silicone application.
