- Clean and dry the skin before use. - Remove the protective paper without touching the adhesive surface. - Press the centre of the plaster onto the fingertip. - Hold the plaster at the circular end and carefully apply the strip along the nail bed. - Tear off the circular end. - Stick on the second half of the plaster strip and tear off the second circular end. The two ends of the plaster should overlap.
