Intensive Calming Liquid is a vegan facial toner that alleviates inflammation and prevents further breakouts by regulating sebum production. Enriched with 60% propolis extract and zinc PCA, it helps minimize the risk of infection and reduce swelling associated with cystic acne. The chemical exfoliants BHA and PHA remove dead skin cells without causing irritation. This toner also contains the CentellAC-Rx Complex, a special blend of Centella Asiatica extracts that soothes and repairs damaged skin while healing lesions such as pimples and cystic acne.
