Application. 1. open all fasteners and pull the support over the foot with the wider end first. Place the patella ring over the kneecap. 2. fasten the upper strap around the upper end of the support. 3. fasten the lower strap around the lower end of the support. Tighten both straps until the support is snug but comfortable.
